This is an image I took while driving. Probably not one of the safest things I've done, but I enjoy the results.

Another revisited image. I felt the original just lacked something. Here's a variation of it with a more liquefying feel. It flows and feels more complete.

Same series as the last. The symmetry in this photo is probably the quality I most enjoy.

There is some aspect about photographing myself that really gets my artistic flow going. Hah. My whole objective during this shoot was to sort of lose myself behind the camera. Pose in what felt most natural and comfortable.

Just felt like messing around in photoshop this morning. I decided to throw a layer mask on, desaturate, and brush in everything but the figure in the image.

Revisiting some earlier work posted. I came across this shot and thought I might include it as well. I'm intrigued by the results of putting myself in front of this laser light device. What the hell happened there with my left arm?

More work from the last series. I enjoy the symmetry. I was going for a primitive raw feel with the entire series. Simplistic and dark.

Nifty. My layering explorations continue.

A bit closer up here. Try to see my eyes. It is intentionally that you cannot make out any detail around the eyes. Black as all black.

No photoshop work whatsoever. Just me, some blacklights, a bit of highlighter, and my camera. I have a fascination with the experimentation of various light sources, and the sometimes formidable task of finding the appropriate corresponding shutter and aperture.

I enjoy the lighting in this one. It was difficult to find the right aperture and shutter setting for these. More to come tomorrow.

Why does the water glow I wonder?

This is a variation of the last image. I lost track of how many layers I was working with.

Can you believe this started out as an image of my home computer? It did. Experimentation at work.

One of my favorite night shots taken thus far. It was taken on Polaris Parkway, and it was cold and windy as all hell. I panned the camera in the direction of oncoming traffic during a few second exposure to capture this beauty.

Night shot. I adore images such as this.

Refreshing. I used a shiny stainless steel bowl, added a few drops of food coloring, a quick shutter speed, and here we are.

Same shooting as the last. Everything about this image feels relaxing to me. That's why I enjoy it so much.
